The prime purpose of the Systems Support Librarian is to maintain and support the Library's LMS (Alma), Discovery Layer (Primo), and other technology and systems used by the library, to train and support other staff in the use of these systems, and to facilitate access to Library information and collection resources that support and enhance teaching, learning and research for staff and students at Ara.

• Experience working in a tertiary library.
• An understanding of the principles of Information services and sources for information retrieval
• An understanding of the principles and practices of collection development
