The Role:
We are looking for dynamic and passionate leaders to join us at The Trusts Our West Liquor and Liquorland Stores are in need of experienced managers to lead high performing teams.
You will be teamed up with highly engaged Sales Professionals and Duty Mangers and a supportive Retail Operations Team to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include:
- You will be part of the wider Retail Manager team looking after all aspects of retail store operation
- Handling all issues pertaining to the recruitment, development, coaching and mentoring of your team and driving sales, marketing and promotional initiatives
- Responsible for all aspects of stock management, including largescale stocktakes, ordering and reporting procedures
- Deliver innovative merchandise display and store presentation while adhering to health & safety requirements.

Who are we?
Our West Liquor Stores are part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts.
There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.
We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland.
