We are currently recruiting for a paediatric dietitian who can work across services north and west as a member of collaborative multidisciplinary teams.

We recognise the importance nutrition plays in the health of all our clients, particularly with children with high health needs, disabilities and developmental delays.

We are looking for a New Zealand registered Dietitian who has experience in working with children and their whanau / family.

This role sits within the Community Child Health teams where a range of community, outpatient and in-reach models are utilized with the populations we serve.

You will be provided with clinical and professional supervision and be encouraged to access both internal and external professional development opportunities.

Our vision is to recruit someone with proven ability to work in a collaborative and innovative manner.

We value quality care and support clinicians wishing to pursue initiatives to improve client outcomes including research projects and innovative care.

Essential Qualifications

  • New Zealand Registered Dietitian
  • Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Current New Zealand driver's licence
  • Experience working crossculturally
  • Broad clinical experience
  • 2 years postgraduate experience

  • Dietitians Prescribing Scope of Practice
