Our Hamilton branch is seeking an empathetic, experienced Counsellor for a fulfilling opportunity, giving you with the tools you need to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way.


Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused interventions so that clients ace coping mechanisms at work and life
  • Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption
  • Deliver counselling services via inperson, video and telehealth
  • Deliver training to customer employees

  • Tertiary level Counselling or related qualification (Level 7 min)
  • Knowledge of evidencebased therapy models e.g. SFT, CBT, FACT
  • Current APC with NZAC, NZCCA, DAPAANZ, SWRB
  • Experience in trauma intervention, psychological firstaid
