Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Café Assistant & Junior Chef to be the face of Jack Link's cafeteria.

You will be responsible for planning and managing the day to day operation of our on-site cafeteria located in Māngere (Airport Oaks) area.

We provide free carparking

What will you be doing:
_**- Staff serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • Open kitchen, set up equipment, prepare cafeteria for serving
  • Order cafeteria supplies and receive stock, check and sign
  • Basic food preparation
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of eating utensils, counters and equipment
  • Count and balance cash received; prepare deposits for banking
  • Total responsibility for the day to day operation of the cafeteria
  • Prepare work details for the next day; secure kitchen for next day when not in use
