About this role


Ballantynes are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team.

The role offers a great variety working within both the Kin Bistro and the iconic Tearooms.


As one of Baristas, you will producing high quality coffee and high volume on a day to day basis, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers on the floor and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.


  • Extensive Experience working Front of House in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to produce consistent, highquality coffee in a timely manner coffees per day
  • Table Service Experience
  • High Standard of Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred


This is a permanent role with a minimum of 12 hours flexible across the week, including a weekend or weekend days.
