The opportunity


As the Bulk Feeds Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational requirements for this business unit ensuring customer and business needs are met in a timely manner.


Your responsibilities include ensuring the customer, people, financial, operational, administrative, commercial, and health & safety objectives for your business unit are met or exceed agreed levels.


You will work to effectively influence and coordinate with your team members to achieve quality service standards and safe work practices by implementing company policies and local business strategies.

About you
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious individual with the ability to build strong productive teams, is commercially savvy, and can work at a strategic level on logistic solutions

You'll have:

  • Strong financial literacy and be able to effectively manage the P&L.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills to ensure that you can communicate effectively, build rapport and effective relationships with our people and customers. This will ensure trust, confidence, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong planning and time leadership skills, which give you the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills enhancing our customer sales growth journey.
