We are seeking a L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Managed Services side of the business for an initial 6 month contract to assist with providing L3-L4 operational support to our customers

Your day at NTT

  • Management of hybrid Cloud hosted servers and guests
  • Windows, VMware Server builds, configuration and administration
  • VMware cluster builds, configuration and administration
  • Patch and harden servers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any identified issues
  • AWS Services configuration and support
  • Investigate support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems within SLA
  • Proactively identify opportunities for work optimisation including opportunities for automation of work

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Demonstrated experience as a L3 / L4 infrastructure support engineer
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server platforms and related systems is essential
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Technologies like AD, DNS, DFS, DHCP and IIS
  • Powershell Scripting
  • Handson experience with AWS services, including CloudFormation, EC2, S3, FSx, Security Groups etc.
  • Any experience with Splunk would be highly regarded
