Te whiwhinga mahi:
The opportunity


We are seeking a Kaiāwhina to join our extended clinical care team of nurses, social workers, clinical pharmacist, dietitian, and primary mental health therapists.

This role will be based in Te Tairawhiti, and you will work in collaboration with General Practice and other health care providers with a focus on improving health outcomes for Māori.


The role will focus on patients who need support to manage their own health encouraging them to identify their own priorities for change and supporting them to make positive lifestyle changes, reduce high-risk behaviours, manage stress and improve their health and wellbeing.
