We are all about changing lives and creating pathways through meaningful Community Work projects.

As a Community Work Supervisor, you will oversee and manage community workers serving community work sentences on meaningful projects at schools, reserves, community groups, Marae and churches - whatever the community needs.

With a natural style to work collaboratively and top notch relationship management skills you will be someone who recognises the importance of the work Ara Poutama Aotearoa does and as we enter into a new and exciting era with Hōkai Rangi, bring new ways of thinking to what is already a complex, dynamic and fast paced environment.

We seek a dynamic person able to guide and motivate people in our care to complete their community work hours.

You are practical and a handy person with the ability to communicate with individuals and groups.

You must work with high integrity and will demonstrate the Departmental values within your work: Wairua, Whānau, Manaaki, Kaitiaki and Rangatira.

A full drivers NZ licence including the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential.
This position has fulltime 40 hours per week profiled hours working Tuesday to Saturday.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The starting hourly rate is $23.63 per hour.
