The Payroll Advisor will follow legislative and company requirements in the processing of the payroll requirements of a workforce of over 6,000 staff across 139 payrolls in a medium sized team.

The Payroll Advisor will assist the Payroll team to respond to staff with payroll queries and work effectively within the team in a high-volume processing environment.


We are looking for a person who will share our dedication to working in support of the elderly people with disability and people recuperating from injury and illness.


  • Knowledge and experience with, or a willingness to learn Datapay and/or IPayroll
  • An understanding or be willing to learn the NZ payroll Legislation
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and methodical work habits with excellent time management skills
  • Planning ability
  • A commitment to achieving excellent outcomes in a busy team environment
  • Strong intermediate level data entry skills
