What will you do?
Working closely with our Refurbishment Manager and Village teams you will provide property related support to our unit refurbishment teams

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring our refurb teams meet deadlines and providing our residents with an excellent move in experience
  • Ensuring Ryman's refurbishment standards and specifications are met, as well as assisting with issue resolution, quality control and streamlining the refurbishment process
  • Collating and coordinating documentation relating to unit refurbishments including Council consents, code compliance certificates and other completions documents
  • Assisting with the management of refurbishment materials, including purchase orders, quotations, stock levels and supplier queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Project Coordinators (external and internal), Ryman team members and Contractors and ensuring there is adequate resource for the refurb volumes
  • Undertaking & documenting Health and Safety audits in refurbishment units and actioning any shortcomings

  • You have a thorough understanding of residential refurbishment standards, processes, scheduling and specifications, and preferably have practical trade experience as well
