The Organisational Development (OD) Team is part of Pūmanawa Tangata | Human Resources who aim to contribute to the development of a University culture that encourages staff to reach their full potential.
OD has a key role in creating strategy, frameworks, experiences and tools that build the capability and culture the University needs to succeed.

The OD Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient shared service supporting the OD practice areas of Academic, Capability and Performance, Leadership & Transformation, and Organisational Design & Delivery.
This will include the co-ordination and evaluation of development programmes across the University, as well as support for University wide projects such as the Staff Survey, Recognition Programmes, Team Development Activities and Strategic Projects.
Position descriptionQualifications:
You'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service to both internal & external stakeholders while coordinating a range of activities & service offerings.
- Working experience in administration or customer service role in a large complex organisation
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience with event management or project coordination
- Strong digital literacy skills
