Job Description:


The OD Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient shared service supporting the OD practice areas of Academic, Capability and Performance, Leadership & Transformation, and Organisational Design & Delivery.

The role will also support the delivery of core University wide orientation and recognition programmes.

This will include the co-ordination and evaluation of development programmes across the University, as well as support for University wide projects such as the Staff Survey, Recognition Programmes, Team Development Activities and Strategic Projects.

Qualifications:


You'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service to both internal & external stakeholders while coordinating a range of activities & service offerings.

Essential experience we are looking for

  • Working experience in administration or customer service role in a large complex organisation
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with event management or project coordination
  • Strong digital literacy skills
