We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Customer Centre Duty Manager focused on leading, motivating and developing a team of outbound phone-based sales agents.


About the Company:

Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector.

We exist to help our farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact.

Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.


About the Role:

Based out of our Christchurch office, our Customer Centre plays a pivotal role in the relationship with our customers. They are the first point of call, developing long-term relationships based on integrity and trust.

With a strong focus on ensuring customers get the right products for their farming operation, with the best possible service, support, and down-to-earth advice; this is a team that provides essential end to end support across many disciplines.

Our business is built on loyalty, confidence, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

To continue building on this, we're looking for a new Customer Centre Duty Manager to grow an outbound team focused on driving sales and revenue.

Working closely with the two inbound Customer Centre Duty Managers and their teams to deliver operational excellence, this role and its team will be the final component in our Customer Centres' journey in supporting the growth of Ravensdown and enabling smarter farming for a better New Zealand.


If you have previous experience in a Customer Centre environment, strong leadership and a keen focus on achieving results, you could be just who we're looking for.
