As an Industrial Sales and Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional sales and service support to our esteemed clients.

This role entails conducting on-site installations of both new and used machinery, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance, effective troubleshooting and other related mechanical engineering problems.

About the role

  • Installation of predesigned fire suppression systems on new and existing vehicles such as excavators, loaders, and trucks.
  • Engaging in manual and automatic lubrication installations for similar equipment as fire suppression systems
  • Routine servicing, necessitating strong faultfinding skills, bench work for repairs, and component maintenance.
  • Must be comfortable with travel, as the role involves onsite installations and service visits to a range of locations.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Technical proficiency in machinery installation and servicing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, ideally in Auto Lubrication & Fire Suppression systems and related mechanical engineering issues.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Current full NZ Driver's license with manual vehicle operation capability
