Telehandler Operator

Trade Assist have a great opportunity for someone that is after long term work on a commercial construction site in Christchurch.

If you have previous forklift or telehandler operator experience, this could be the job for you.

About the role:

  • Operating a telehandler on site, moving materials around site, unloading and loading vehicles
  • A variety of other onsite work when you are not operating the telehandler: site cleanup, material deliveries, ground works, assisting carpenters on site
  • Complying with health and safety standards on site, and liaising with the site team

What we are looking for from you:

  • Telehandler Licence
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work on your own but also jump in to help the team when needed
  • Own reliable transport
