We are looking for a Construction Labourer for our Company. We only do residential renovation experts in Kitchen and bath renovations; it's our passion and our life's work. We take an innovative approach to Property design, construction, and renovation.

As a Construction Labourer, your key tasks will be:

  • Preparing the work area by inspecting the area to be tiled
- marking the surfaces and planning the tile layout,

  • Executing work as per instructions and plans
  • Laying ceramic, clay, slate, marble and glass tiles on external and internal walls and floors to provide protective and decorative finishes
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
  • Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
  • Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
  • Assist craft workers.
  • Ready to learn from onthejob training when necessary.
  • Perform site cleanup.

Minimum 30 hours Guaranteed

  • Should have relevant skills and knowledege. Experience is not mandatory.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • Should be able to start immediately
  • Should have relevant work visa / NZ Residency / NZ Citizenship

$ $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

  • Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
