You will be responsible for:

· Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, scheduling, coaching & disciplining employees and communicating job expectations.

· Meet financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, pricing the goods, analysing variances to the budget, stock purchasing and initiating corrective actions.

· Plans menus by consulting with chefs, estimates food costs & profits and adjusts menus accordingly.

· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

· Maximizes profitability by ensuring portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges.

· Interact with customers to assess their feedback

· Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures and also complying with legal regulations.

· Organise special events such as functions and parties.

What you need:

  • Either level 4 qualification OR 3 years work experience
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends

What's on offer:

· Weekly hours: 40 hours

· Location: Wellington

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 – $31.75 per hour
