About the Role


Occupational Therapists at National 360 provide services to assist persons presenting with a range of needs including complex care, intellectual difficulties, mental health, and behaviours of concern.

Our therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings providing a range of assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reports.

For those interested in supervising, our recently launched Clinical Supervisor Development Program will equip you with the theoretical and practical skills to successfully develop the clinical skills of the therapists you support.


When you join National 360, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, increasing your understanding of holistic approaches to therapy.

Our unique allocations and senior support structure provides an opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

  • Mental Health / Psychosocial Disability
  • Home Modifications
  • Housing
  • Assistive Technology
  • Paediatrics


National 360 are currently looking for OTs to relocate to Sydney, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Melbourne in Australia and can provide assistance with sponsorship and registration requirements.

Our unique Clinical Practice Advisor structure ensures that our therapists receive high-quality, tailored advice to assist in the management of a diverse caseload, with regular national and local internal PD opportunities.

For external professional development, we provide every therapist with $1,500 each year to participate in external development opportunities as well as paid study leave.

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy that are recognised by WFOT and deemed equivalent to studies completed in Australia.
  • At least
    2 years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the private or public sector.
  • An interest in providing services to people living with disability and neurological disorders
  • The ability to develop positive relationships and trust with those in the community and the workplace.
  • Willing to obtain an Australian drivers license & vehicle
  • To meet all eligibility requirements for a Working Visa under Australian law.
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
