You'll be leading the development and embedment of the organisation's risk management framework.

Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with senior stakeholders to improve the company's risk culture and enhance its Risk Management Framework.


Leading the review, update, and oversight over key risk frameworks, policies and documents as well as the organisation's risk appetite statemen.

Preparing and delivering risk reporting to key committees.

Maintaining effective governance frameworks processes to ensure the effective operation of key risk committees.


This role reports to the Head of Risk Governance & Strategy and is a 10-month fixed-term contract covering a secondment.


So who are you & what is your profile?
We're looking for an experienced risk professional who can jump straight into this role and doesn't need hand-holding

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:5 years risk management experience, ideally within financial services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Excellent organisational and change management skills
