The primary objective is to assist our professional team in their daily tasks. You may have to start early mornings or work late evenings. Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist in general repairs and maintenance work, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gardening etc.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow the instruction from the Project Manager
  • Maintain an effective and tidy working area
  • Load and unload materials, tools and equipment from delivery vehicles
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents

Key Skills & Job Requirements:

  • Be hard working, reliable and motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to deal with unexpected events and make decisions
  • Can work well and efficiently both unsupervised and within a team
  • Good level of physical ability
  • Must be of good health

Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
