The purpose of the SAP HCM Functional Consultant role is to utilise consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to deliver meaningful change to our users.

We are looking for someone with detailed technical and functional knowledge of HR/Payroll & Organizational Management within SAP S4 HANA as well as:

  • An ability to produce quality outcomes across the solution

This includes:

  • Creating or modifying functional specifications, and producing other documentation that supports the solution while adhering to SAP Standard where possible
  • Undertaking configuration and customisation activities to support the SAP solution
  • Supporting release and deployment activities
  • Providing detailed knowledge of industry best practices to facilitate the Department's specific business requirements
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within the SAP Team and with business stakeholders
  • Ability to provide technical and functional solutions, to nontechnical groups while ensuring appropriate understanding across various levels
  • Ability to train, mentor and guide less experienced users within the team

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $135,225. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
