About the role:

The Activity & Events Crew members are responsible for maximising the customer experience in our facilities.

The key duties involve opening and preparing the stadium and other Recreation & Sport Centre facilities, including set up and pack down of any equipment needed.

You will be the go-to point for customers and effectively contribute to the delivery of a branded customer experience that is engaging and adhering to customer service standards and normal operating procedures.


About you:
To be successful in this role you will

  • Have previous experience in a customer service role and an interest in the events and recreation industry.
  • You will be results focused and have the drive to selfmanage and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • You will bring a can do attitude to the role and have the ability to solve problems and effectively use your conflict resolution skills when required.

Hours of work & location:


 Option
  • Wed & Fri 8.30am am, 3hrs, based at Cowles Stadium


 Option
  • Casual hours across our network of Recreation & Sport facilities

Additional information:

  • Salary: $26 per hour, living wage
