Joining Z as our Kaiārahi Whakaputanga Moruki / Agile Delivery Lead will see you guiding the delivery of complex and diverse projects using Agile Ways of Working.

By coaching the squad, working collaboratively with stakeholders and constantly looking for and driving improvement you will generate amazing outcomes for Z and our customers.


You will embrace the fast pace, be able to switch between planning and delivery mindsets, know how to communicate effectively and deliver to a high quality.

This is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2024.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Lead the project team in the successful delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies and facilitate Agile ceremonies
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, define project scope and outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals and that the priorities of initiatives are agreed
  • Develop roadmaps, plans and timelines, track progress against milestones and manage the backlog ensuring the value behind the backlog is communicated
  • Champion Agile best practices and ensuring project deliverables are of high quality
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team / squad and across the organisation

Qualifications:

What you'll bring to Z

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or initiatives in an Agile environment
  • Ability to build trusted, working relationships and leading and developing high performance teams
  • Expertise and confidence in facilitating, both in person and remotely
  • Experience using collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO and Microsoft Teams
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Good practical process management skills including documentation and continuous quality improvement
  • Proactive, 'can do' attitude, exceptionally selfmotivated
  • Able to translate technology easily and simply for all levels of stakeholder understanding
  • Strong judgment calls based on evidence and date

The base salary range for this role is $143,830 to $158,970 per annum plus a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
