About the role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion
  • Create and curate highquality, engaging, and shareable content that aligns with the company's values, voice, and target audience
  • Manage and optimise all social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics
  • Grow the company's social media presence to new heights through organic and paid tactics, such as influencer partnerships, social ads, contests, and promotions if and where relevant and aligned
  • Drive community interaction on social sights interacting with likeminded businesses and people to organically grow engagement
  • Manage digital projects
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging, branding, and goals across all channels
  • Analyse and report on social media and content performance to continuously improve the strategy and tactics
  • Manage all the content creation, design, and execution of EDM marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update the company website with fresh, current and relevant content, optimise for search engine rankings, and ensure website functionality, security, and user experience
  • Project a positive, creative and forwardthinking approach through inspired, innovative ideas and strong personal commitment
