Patras & Co Real Estate Ltd manages properties throughout Auckland; with the growth, we need in-house property maintenance personnel to look after our clients and tenants on a priority basis.

We seek a versatile Property Maintenance Handyman, semi-skilled carpenter/builder or hammer hand based in Auckland.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate basic hand tool skills, a can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail and be highly motivated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

We are well established Property Management company.

We will provide you with a vehicle (for business use only), uniform, and tools if required, but your tools would be an advantage Work hours are between 8.00 am pm from Monday to Sunday (a weekly schedule will be provided).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will:
*Have a can-do attitude.
*A wide range of handyman skills, carpenter and joiner will be preferred.
*Have a clean driver's license.
*The ability to confidently and happily work unsupervised
*Experience (at least two years) with carpentry or general maintenance tasks is essential-references may be required.
You will have a solid practical background or come from a trade or Property Maintenance/Handyman field. We will train the right candidate for the job required for our specific needs. So if you feel what it takes, please apply now

PAY AND CONDITIONS
Full-time permanent position
No specific qualification is required.

Minimum hourly rate:
$30 per hour

Maximum Hourly rate:
$32 per hour
Minimum hours: 30 hours per week
Maximum hours: 70 hours per week
Monday to Sunday – Shifts to be determined as per the roaster
Reasonable compensation for travel expenses will be provided
