WHAT YOU'

LL DO:

You'll primarily be the smiling face that serves and sells to our customers in our fantastic Gisborne retail store.

-Your day-to-day will have you utilising your outstanding systems and products knowledge to: Drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.

-Sometimes you'll provide virtual service which will see you assisting our customers over chat messaging.


Your flexible and open attitude will help you shine across all our customer interactions and support our customers on their journey with us - whatever that journey looks like.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.


  • The most crucial thing is that you want to provide excellent customer experiences and can connect with people from all walks of life.
  • You'll be an excellent team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets) You will be selfmotivated and goaloriented with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
