Description:

The Role:

  • As part of our Distribution Centre based in Mt Wellington/Penrose, you will work within a hardworking and committed team to ensure prompt and efficient order processing and delivery.

This role is a full-time permanent role offer 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
Dealing primarily with our building and trade products, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • Recording and checking all deliveries/orders are picked
  • Safely and correctly pick, pack and loading goods
  • Ensure loads are accurate and complete the relevant paperwork
  • Operating a Forklift
  • Stock replenishment

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and real team player. Be reliable and have a willingness to learn and adapt. The role does require Heavy lifting, so you will need to be physically fit and have a solid Health and Safety values.

To be considered for this role you must have a clean full NZ driver licence and an F endorsement.

You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. You will have great attention to detail as well as competent computer and numeracy skills.

A good understanding of the building industry and the products we stock would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
