The Role:

  • Supervising and mentoring site and project engineers in the use of equipment and best survey and data control practice
  • Data transfer from design into 3D machine control units, management of the 3D machine control systems
  • As Built and Topographical surveying, CAD processing
  • Quantity and volume calculations
  • Management of the selfdelivery or outsourcing of surveying services for the projects
  • Assist with strategies, systems and procedures for the execution of all surveying operations to the required level of accuracy and quality
  • Setup, manage and work to a program of surveying activities

About You:

  • Surveyor qualification
  • Driver's license minimum Class
  • Experience within a survey or civil construction industry
  • Understanding of survey methodology and civil construction methodology
  • Familiar with excel, CAD, GPS, Total Station, Precise Levelling, 3D Machine Control equipment
  • Preferable knowledge of Topcon equipment and Magnet Office/Field software
  • Strong mathematical ability and familiar / competent with electronic devices
