We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Test Analyst to join our Data & Informatics Team which sits in our Health and Environment Business Group.

The team focuses on real time data duration, data visualization and most importantly translation of data into new visuals, tools & insights, relevant to public health surveillance.

The team curate data from various sources such as HL7 messages, surveys, social media, health records, various health data collection systems, government, and non-government data collection repositories.


In this role you will be involved in:

  • Supporting ongoing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects.
  • Developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Recording software defects and providing thorough technical descriptions and evidence
  • Planning and coordinating release activities, analysing business requirements and design documents, providing training to business users and adherence to the stages, roles, responsibilities, and tools that support the SDLC.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A relevant qualification or work experience in Information Communication Technology or Computer Science or IT Engineering.
  • Progressive testing experience within a development team environment, using modern and current software technologies and development frameworks.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and Agile SCRUM development methodologies and approach.
  • Proven experience of Systems Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Familiarity with defect investigation and isolation, and an understanding of the importance of a reliable defect replication.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g. forms, control flow, parameter passing, basic exception handling, etc.).
  • Ability to write test plans and scripts, and proven documentation skills.
