Job Description:

Our Trade Planner role is part of our Trade team, a central hub in coordinating our promotions.

Working closely with our wider Merchandise, Category Management & Marketing Teams, the trading team coordinates our daily trade schedule and ensures promotions are set and ready with all the details needed to go live to our customers.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Promotion planning
  • Ensuring our trade schedule is up to date and accurate.


Promotion building
  • Ensure promotional briefs are ready with all detail for marketing teams
  • Coordinating with the merchandising team, category managers and graphics team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
  • Coordinating with the Merchants directly in regards to promotion content
  • Assisting with promotional plans
  • Additional administration and systems support
