The Specialist will be the primary GCP representative at the concrete manufacturing plant and truck maintenance level.

The Specialist will be required to interface frequently with plant management, batch plant operators, concrete mixer truck drivers, and truck maintenance management and mechanics.


  • This position reports to the Dispenser Supervisor.

DailyThe technical work pertaining to admixture dispensing equipment and Verifi includes, but is not limited to, preventive and scheduled maintenance, calibration, and emergency and service repair; review and analysis of system performance reports to determine problem areas and develop resolutions.

DailyCommunicate and resolve problems with other Verifi team membersAs requiredRespond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues raised in a timely manner and ensure that satisfactory solutions are achieved for both the customer and the company.

DailyPreventative maintenance, calibration scheduling and compliance to service standards.
DailyMaintain and build close relationships with key accounts and ensure company products and services are meeting customer requirements.

Needs to work closely with Verifi Account Manager and Business Analyst, plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly events in accordance with the needs of the company and the customer.

Equipment Service Administration and Service Work
DailyPossesses the ability to diagnose and determine requirements; solves mechanical tech problems, providing on-site assistance at customer locations.

As requiredParticipate in customer meeting as required to provide technical expertise by presenting and explaining technical reports, assisting in scoping and establishing guidelines for customer projects or new opportunities.

As requiredRespond to customer requests for on-site assistance, and be able to assign job tasks to other supporting team.

As requiredTrack parts and incidental costs associated with each customer site and each customer truckDailyParticipate in product development programs for cost and performance improvement of existing products and the development and testinq of new products.

DailyProduct knowledge - Keep abreast of changes and product development by liaising with Technical Services Dept, industry networking and by studyinq internally and externally published literature and reports.


Reporting and Communication
ContinuousWork closely with other units in the business, Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement/Logistics, Supply Planner, Customer Service and Dispensing.
