Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and accurate reporting to the nursing team leader
  • Allocate referrals to the district nursing team within a timely manner whilst accurately rostering nurse's visits to clients
  • Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stake holders
  • Ensure contractual packages are administered accurately and efficiently across the clinical teams and referral centre
  • Deliver exceptional customer service within a highly flexible service response environment
  • Working closely with nurses to update rosters and finalise referrals
  • Maintain a working knowledge of service capability within geographic areas to ensure accuracy with referrals and service response.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Understanding of clinical environments
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Clear concise communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to support and work harmoniously within a team
  • Proven ability to build and maintain rapport
  • Genuine passion to deliver high quality customer service
  • Ability to plan and prioritise when working under pressure
