Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity in the Logistics and Fulfilment Department for a Chapter Member Transport Operations.

Reporting into the Chapter Lead - Transport Controller and based at distribution centre in Wiri, this is a key role to provide support and ensure that TWG Distribution Transport operations are managed in a professional, productive and cost-efficient manner, while balancing the need to deliver high levels of service.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage daily equipment hire for all TWG DC/ stores.
  • Ensure current manuals and training guides are managed and monitored.
  • Ensure the integrity of the equipment hired by TWG is monitored and maintained
  • Maintain and drive for continuous improvement with vendors
  • Ensure that key performance targets are achieved
  • Control costs to budget through daily monitoring

Qualifications:

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ideally you will have 23 years with retail / consumer industry experience.
  • Ideally you will have 23 years with logistics / equipment hire experience.
  • Strong administration skills around invoicing, maintaining equipment management systems, updating training guides, monitoring budget targets and data management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
