As a Customer Service Aftersales Representative based in Kerepehi, you will play a crucial role in supporting and resolving customer issues post-transaction, including product quality, delivery, and installation support.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, end users, and third parties to ensure excellent service

Key Responsibilities:

Reactive Aftersales:
Address and resolve post-sale technical product support cases.

Procedural Development:
Investigate and document aftersales procedures to ensure scalability and optimum customer experience.

Proactive Aftersales:
Manage product recalls at scale.

Preventative Communication:
Proactively communicate with clients to prevent aftersales issues.
