We are looking for a resourceful, motivated, and friendly pharmacist to join our Outpatients Pharmacy team on a casual basis.
We are a small supportive team providing a patient-focussed pharmacy service. This is a casual position, primarily based at North Shore Hospital Outpatients Pharmacy.The Outpatients Pharmacy provides a full range of community pharmacy services. In addition to providing healthcare to our regulars and hospital staff, we play a key role in supporting discharges for our inpatients, providing access to otherwise hard to find medication, and in linking with our Outpatient Clinics.
We are open Monday to Friday from and on Saturdays fromWaitematā offers a range of training opportunities for staff, and we are keen to support life-long learning. You will also contribute through involvement in training interns.
Waitematā's Pharmacy Service employs 120 staff across several sites, and is the country's leading hospital for innovation and the introduction of electronic medication management systems including electronic Prescribing and Administration, electronic Medicines Reconciliation, Pyxis Medstations, eVitals and eNotes.

We are seeking a pharmacist with excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to interact well with all members of our community.
