You get to work alongside multiple business units and departments and have the ability to build strong relationships with our teams, suppliers and management.

About the role
This position will encompass all day-to-day general building, projects, repairs and renovations for our portfolio of residential buildings. You will also assist in developing Maintenance duty technicians so experience in this capacity is a distinct advantage

About you:

• Trade qualified Building / Carpentry
• Commercial or residential building experience
• Good communication skills, able to be honest, respectful and open
• A strong work ethic, taking accountability and responsibility
• A strong attention to detail, taking pride in your work
• Enjoy working in an environment where we enjoy a laugh
• Physically fit
• Full NZ Drivers licence
