Mitre 10 MEGA Manukau are looking for someone who can deliver the experience our trade builders and customers expect and deserve.

Our busy Trade team are wanting the right person to create a seamless despatch function.

This is a full-time position that would suit someone who can connect with our Trade Customers through great customer service and on time deliveries.


In this role you will be fully involved getting our trucks ready for deliveries, ensuring the right trucks are ordered at the right times and giving our customers an excellent delivery service every time.


We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • Enthusiasm and keen to be part of a team.
  • A passion for customer service excellence
  • Practical knowledge of the despatch function, reporting, invoicing and analyzing.
  • Have a current full NZ driver's license.
  • Forklift license an advantage
  • Experience with despatch software is also an advantage (V Works)
  • A quick and alert mind
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills
All applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.

We also offer an excellent staff buying rate and also have plenty of off-street parking.
