About the Role

We are looking for an Information Security Manager to join our team.

  • Responsible and accountable for delivering security assurance, compliance and risk management in the delivery of ISM services to the client.
  • Develop a deep relationship with the client based on trust, delivery and execution in order to drive service excellence.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business and IT Risk Management strategies; and identify and recommend applicable Security Solutions Products and Services accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation and activities of the matrix team, onshore and offshore, including allocating and assigning client work within the team
  • Provide security advice, risk assessments and guidance to the MS Competency Teams, Fujitsu Corporate IT, and Service Delivery Managers to meet contracted client risk requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of trends in the Information Security, including participation in industry forums
  • Providing the first point of contact and escalation for the team members
  • Maintain strong capability to deal with complex challenges, matrix management and ambiguity/uncertainty.
  • Provide support and mentoring to other members of the Security Services team.
  • Establish and support a governance structure that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Security Framework, Information Security Policies and Internal Controls
  • Delivery Lead supervision of the team to deliver IT Security Management principles within an ITIL-based operational framework.
  • Ensure that the contracted reporting requirements are met by the team, including delivering technical content to other parties within the agreed timeframes.
  • Develop and agree, with the client CISO, procedures for escalating Information Security Incidents including contact details and escalation matrix.
  • Report monthly on security metrics applicable to Client requirements and present within governance forum.
  • Assist in the performance of risk management within clients managed environment.
  • Ensure all contracted deliverables are delivered in a timely manner, and that all SLAs are met.
  • Supervise documentation and artefacts as required to meet contracted compliance.
  • Ensure all ITIL process related tasks are completed by the team, including Change Management and Incident Handling
  • Identification of opportunities to improve procedures or processes and suggesting implementation details.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within the existing client base, either through the creation of new services or through the expansion of delivered services.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Cloud Security capabilities including Microsoft 365 Defender, Defender for Endpoints, Defender for Cloud or Sentinel.
  • Solid experience in security related network and system infrastructures with an enterprise-level organisation, preferably IT outsourcing, government, or other organisation running mission-critical systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT security management principles and delivery within an ITIL-based operational framework.
  • Working knowledge of vulnerability assessment products (e.g., Tenable IO, Qualys) and experience in advising on vulnerability resolution and mitigation.
  • At least 5 years experience in a customer facing role within a managed services ITIL based organisation.
  • Solid experience of risk management principles, and the application of risk assessment processes to information security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to account teams, customers and internal management with ad-hoc client reports, and preparation of bid collateral.
  • The willingness to work in a hybrid model with a mix of onsite presence and remote work.
  • Can do attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
  • CISSP, CISM or any Azure related certifications preferred.
