New World Mt Roskill has an exciting vacancy for a
Seafood Supervisor. You should be passionate about food and motivated to engage with customers and take initiative to help where needed.

In this role working in Seafood department, you would be expect to be:

  • Ensuring a great level of service for our fresh food customers
  • Overseeing the production and quality of our products ensuring the best for our customers
  • Assist the Butchery & Seafood Manager in managing stock levels
  • Having sole charge in the absence of the Butchery and Seafood Manager

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a Fresh Food environment
  • A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
  • Clear communication in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to lift between kg of stock


The roster for this Seafood Supervisor position will be discussed at the interview stage but will include a weekend shift and starting times between 6am and 10am depending on department requirements.
