Reporting to the Category Manager this role is responsible for managing multiple key supplier relationships within the Auckland region.

As part of a wider Procurement team for this iconic NZ business you will be driving a focus on customer service and performance.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contract lifecycles for the category
  • Proactively work closely with delivery partners to ensure SLA's are met and risks are mitigated
  • Lead a team of two
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contract reviews, negotiation and performance management

About you:

  • Be MCIPS or similar qualified
  • Have extensive experience in contract negotiations
  • Competent relationship builder and articulate communicator
  • You put customer service at the forefront
  • Financially and analytically strong
  • Able to multitask effectively
