About the Position:

Join our dedicated team as a Permanent Hospice Aide. We are looking for individuals who are committed to contributing to our hospice service, passionate about palliative care, and dedicated to supporting patients and families with palliative needs. Compassion is key in this role.

  • Provide excellent care to patients
  • Build therapeutic relationships with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues
  • Adhere to organizational policies for safe care delivery

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be eligible to work in NZ with a valid Visa
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Possess high energy, physical fitness, and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Have previous experience as a hospital aide or similar role
  • Show great empathy and people skills
  • Be flexible, able to multitask, and manage time efficiently
