Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the planning development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and print.
  2. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content such as blog posts social media posts email newsletters and promotional materials ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  3. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts including scheduling posts monitoring engagement and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitor analysis and target audience demographics to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives generate insights and prepare reports for management review.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team including organizing files scheduling meetings coordinating events calling leads and interviewing them and managing budgets and expenses.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in marketing advertising or related roles is a plus.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management tools Google Analytics and email marketing software.
  4. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
