Despatcher


At Hall's, we are looking for a Transport Despatcher to join our Takanini based team, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a good geographical knowledge of the Auckland Region.


Our despatchers play a key part ensuring the most economic and cost effective freight service within New Zealand, maintaining and exceeding service levels and customer expectations through thorough means of communication with all Hall's staff, drivers and customers.


What would you be doing?

  • Efficiently planning freight and dedicated services from depot to destination
  • Working with our drivers to ensure all source and transit documentation is completed correctly
  • Planning and coordinating crossdocking activity
  • Ensuring good communication across our network and to our customers
