Do you need experience?


Yes, this is a specialist role and would require you to have previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de partie for at least 2 years.

This role is about more than just managing production of inspiring cuisine.

It's where you will assist in development of delicious seasonal menus, reflect on global food trends and assist in developing the next generation of passionate food professionals.


It will suit you if you can demonstrate supervisory experience as a Chef, have previously worked in a 4 star+ kitchen and want a leadership role with a future.

It's important you have hotel experience and are flexible shifts including nights, mornings and weekends.
