The Café/ Kiosk
We have a new instore café, with the latest technology, equipment and processes ready for passionate foodie with excellent barista skills

The Role:


Roles like this don't pop up very often If you're looking to take the next step in your career by taking on the responsibility of a management role then we could be looking for you.


  • Product development, creation and food preparation training
  • End to end ownership & management of new instore café/ kiosk
  • Ensure all product meets the highest standards, is fresh and displayed attractively for our customers.
  • Work within a flat structure whilst reporting directly to the owner operator
  • Work closely with the Deli/ Bakery Manager to ensure fresh food is on offer at the right times of the day
  • Search constantly for areas to improve our fresh food, productivity, and efficiency
  • Lead and inspire a team of great individuals
  • Operate the lotto terminal (full training provided)
  • Deliver on financial performance targets including sales growth and waste minimisation

What are we looking for;

  • You'll have a passion for fresh café styled food and a good eye for quality and presentation
  • Able to strictly follow our Food Safety and Health and Safety program
  • Great people skills and ability to lead a small team
  • Reliable, selfmotivated and be a good team player
  • Proven customer service
You will be a part of an environment that encourages and assists professional development. The days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful applicant but will include one weekend day.


Applicants must be entitled to work in New Zealand and proof of residency or visa will be required at the interview.
