At CBELC, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both our children and our staff. We are a Reggio Emilia-inspired, purpose-built bespoke centre that offers a beautiful setting for teaching and learning. Our team is dedicated to fostering a love of learning and providing high-quality care.

Our vision: To empower and educate our tamariki to become successful learners in the 21st century who are concerned with Community, Country, and Environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic early childhood teacher to join our Preschool team. This role offers flexibility, with either a full-time position or maternity cover. We welcome applications from both unqualified and qualified ECE teachers who have a passion for early childhood education.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging provocations
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with our team to plan and execute fun and educational programmes
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a positive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's development.
