As the test analyst, you are part of a development squad in the Digital Delivery team. You will be working with the developers, testers and business analysts, product owners, DevOps engineers, test engineers etc., all together to create beautiful products and have fun

You will be supported by your Team Lead, the Head of Digital Delivery, and coached by the QA Lead to achieve your success and your growth.

This role is a fixed-term role, to cover parental leave.

You will be mainly responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases that align with project goals and quality standards.
• Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
• Document and report defects, track their status, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features after changes or updates.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered by scripted test cases.
• Participate in the review and analysis of user stories, specifications, and design documents.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper test environment setup.
• Maintain and update test documentation as the product evolves.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Develop and execute project presentations.
• Participate in the development of various training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide analysis and propose change and communicate strategies.
• Take an active part in Agile/Scrum processes.

Experience and skills include the following:

• Experience in the software development process, working directly with developers, testers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
