Environmental Services Department are looking for a motivated, reliable and punctual Cleaner to join our team to help maintain our facilities, while providing a suitable environment for our tūroro (patients) and whānau.


You will be responsible for:

  • Completing all cleaning tasks to international healthcare standards
  • Ensuring daily schedules and tasks are completed within set timeframes
  • Operating and maintaining equipment safely around patients and whānau
  • Handling cleaning solutions in accordance with safety protocols

  • High level of patient confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience as a cleaner, particularly within health, is preferred but not essential.
