Excellent Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity in one of Auckland`s Community Mental Health & Addiction Services.

The aim is to place accountability as close to our service users as possible witha focus on clinical, cultural, quality, safety and health outcomes whilst delivering economic sustainability.

We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified Consultant Psychiatrist for the clinical and cultural team of the Pacific Mental Health Services.

Operating within the Auckland metropolitan area, Lotofale services aims to provide quality mental health service to Pasifika people and their families.

The team comprises of both Pasifika and non- Pasifika staff, clinicians, cultural support workers and matua's who share a passion for supporting Pasifika people, their families and communities through their recovery pathway.

Lotofale's commitment to our Pasifika communities ensures healing in a holistic manner taking into account a family centered approach to care and service provision that addresses the cultural, spiritual, physical and mental dimensions in order to achieve the best possible standards of cultural-clinical care and health improved health outcomes.

You must be vocationally registered with the Medical Council of New Zealandwith a current Annual Practising Certificate or eligible for the same.

Please note, if you are an overseas specialist, you will be required to provide source verification of your qualifications for your registration application.

This is afull time positionworking Monday to Fridaybased in Greenlane.
Please note, this role includes the requirement to participate on the adult mental health Consultant on call roster.
